Morgan Bultman has deep roots in her community. For over 200 years and six generations, Morgan's family has been part of this town, cherishing its natural beauty and the people who call it home. She's lived in many places, and today it's where she chose to come back to. It's her family home.
Morgan is an entrepreneur with a focus on design and craftsmanship, starting a small business consulting practice, owning a custom cabinetry showroom, and later running showrooms for handmade lighting. Along the way, she's championed the kind of hands-on craftsmanship, woodworking, metalsmithing, that fewer and fewer people can afford to keep alive but are integral to the essence of Ossipee. Today, she works as a realtor. This job has shown her firsthand how rising home values feed directly into state formulas, driving up local taxes and shifting unfair costs onto seniors and working families. Fixing this formula is a job she plans to take straight to Concord.
Morgan holds an MBA and currently serves on the Ossipee Economic Development Council. On her own time, she actively uses her business background to pursue private funding and grants for local improvements. This allows our town to bring out even more of the New England charm in our villages and support small businesses without taking money out of taxpayers' pockets.
Morgan is running for office because she hears from friends and neighbors that the government is no longer working for them. Too often, decisions benefit well-connected insiders while working families, seniors, and regular folks are left paying the bill. She wants to bring clear facts and real results to the state government. Her top priorities include lowering property taxes, fighting for public education so every child can succeed, protecting our lakes and beaches, building paths to affordable housing so our neighbors can stay in the area, and defending healthcare choices. She is ready to bring a practical, results-first approach to Concord.
